PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMES Standard Shipping (United States): 7-15 business days Standard Shipping (Canada): 10-18 business days International Shipping: 14-21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS Free Shipping: All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@orealas.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@orealas.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
